Electrical & Water Connection
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
Wiring diagrams are located in the control
compartment and on the back of the oven.
This oven is supplied for connection to 115 volt
grounded circuits. The electric motor, indicator
lights and related switches are connected through
the 6' electric supply cord found at the rear of the
oven.
WARNING!!
This appliance is equipped with three
prong grounding type plug for your
protection against shock hazard and
should be plugged directly into a properly
grounded three prong receptacle. DO
NOT cut or remove the grounding prong
from this plug.

WATER CONNECTION FOR OPTIONAL
SPRITZER
The optional water spritzer is available on ZephĆ
aire G Plus standard controls only.
1. Connect the water source to the 3/4" femail
garden hose connection on the back of the
oven.
2. The oven should be installed with backflow
protection in accordance with federal, state
and local codes.
