Entering an intersection
You can only enter an intersection
after you have entered the street
(see p. 56).
To enter the intersection:

Destination
" menu, mark
and confi rm the "
Intersection
"
menu item.

Note:
If an intersection occurs twice,
the direction is also displayed.

Entering points of interest
Instead of an address, you can se-
lect points of interest, such as mo-
torway connections, airports, fer-
ries, fairs or fi lling stations. For this
purpose, you only need to know the
name of the desired point of inter-
est.
You can select points of interest
from the following areas:
The entire area of the navigation
CD being used,
the surroundings of the vehicle
location (e.g. to fi nd the closest
fi lling station),
the surroundings of the previ-
ously entered destination (e.g.
to fi nd the hotel closest to the
destination).
To select a point of interest from
the entire area of the navigation CD
being used:
Mark and confi rm the "
Destination
"
menu in the navigation display.
