Changing volume presettings for TA, TEL
and MUTE
If the device switches a traffi c announce-
ment, phone call or navigation announce-
ment, it always starts with the volume pre-
set here.
In addition, you can assign a lower volume
up to the value 0 (mute) to the volume re-
duction (MUTE).

Notes:
The volume preset by you will not be
used,
if the volume currently listened to is
lower than the set mute level. The de-
vice continues playing with the vol-
ume listened to.
if the volume currently listened to is
higher than the set TEL volume. In
this case, phone calls/navigation an-
nouncements are reproduced with
the volume listened to.
if the volume currently listened to is
higher than the set TA volume. In this
case, traffi c announcements are re-
produced with the volume listened to.
