Put the washer between the locking pin and the
valve. Apply Loctite 243 to the threads of the
locking pin.
Put the valve on the distal cap.
Confirm sufficient clearance in socket for valve to
operate correctly.
Torque the locking pin to 3 Nm, or tighten it with
your fingers by either 1/8 to 1/4 of a turn.

Fitting the Valve
Do not overtighten the locking pin.
We recommend using a locking pin that has a shoulder of between 13.5 mm and 19 mm
in diameter.
