Accounts, contacts, and leads

If you logged an activity, the activity might not have been associated with an account.

If you added an existing contact from the Contacts application to the BlackBerry Sales Client for
SAP CRM, the contact data might have been lost if the update is rejected.

If a contact had two roles in a lead, the lead might have been duplicated in the leads list.
User interface

If you opened the Call History screen and pressed the Menu key, your device might have
displayed the Save to CRM menu item.
