You return to the Device Options screen.
Date/Time fields
The Date/Time screen contains the following fields:
Date:
Set the current date.
Time:
Set the current time.
Time Zone:
Select your time zone. Your handheld automatically
adjusts the time according to the time zone.
Format:
Select a 12-hour or 24-hour clock.
Using password protection
Set a password for your handheld to provide greater security. If
your handheld is idle for a specified amount of time, you must type
your password to use it again. You can also activate the Lock screen
manually by clicking the
Lock
icon on the Home
screen. (The Lock
icon appears only after you have enabled a password.) You should
lock your handheld if you leave it unattended.
If you do not want the Lock screen to appear, you must disable your
password.
Tip:
The date and time option is one of many options that you can
configure on your handheld. Refer to the online
Handheld User Guide
for more information on customizing your handheld options.
