Turn on airplane mode
In some places, such as on an airplane or in a hospital, you'll need to turn off all the connections on your device. Airplane
mode lets you quickly turn off your connections and, when you're done using airplane mode, restores the ones that were
previously turned on.

To turn on or turn off airplane mode, from the top of the all apps panel or the running apps panel, swipe down.
