Graphic Acceleration:

(defaulted and recommended) to enable the use of BlackBox Dynamic

Desktop Protocol (DDP) for a smoother desktop experience. Enabling this option will
also allow you to select display quality from lowest, low, medium, high, to highest.
Default display quality is high. The higher display quality is selected, the higher CPU
and network bandwidth will be consumed.

Disable:

to disable the use of DDP and use the system built-in Remote Desktop

Protocol (RDP) for image transmission. If this option is selected, the user will be given
a less desktop responsive experience and video play in full screen or large window is
not watchable.
