Fitting comfortably on your

ear, the Computer Headset is
lightweight and unobtrusive. It
weighs less than 2 ounces.

For your other applications,

we have still more convenient
telephony products. For example,
if you have a different BLACK

headset—one with a quick-

disconnect connector—you can
use it with the Select Switch to
instantly switch between your
telephone and computer. See
page 2 for a typical application. In
the diagram, the telephone
handset connects to the Multi-
Purpose Amplifier. The Select

Switch then connects to the
headset and the microphone and
speaker ports of the computer.

(Whether or not you need to

use an amplifier with the Select
Switch depends on your
telephone. If you don’t use an
amplifier with your phone, you
might not be able to hear the
caller through the headset. Not all
phones require amplifiers,
however. Call Tech Support for
details.)

The Select Switch is also

compatible with most sound
cards, including SoundBlaster, as
well as voice modems that have
standard 3.5-mm jacks.
