If any of the appliance casings breaks, immediately
disconnect the appliance from the mains to prevent the
possibility of an electric shock.
♦ Do not use the appliance if it has fallen on the floor, if
there are visible signs of damage or if it has a leak.
♦
Check that the surface to be cleaned or ironed can be
treated with steam.
♦ When not in use the appliance shouold be stood on a flat
stable surface.
♦
When the appliance is placed on a surface, make sure
that the surface on which is placed is stable.
♦
Do not cover the appliance with objects that may inter-
fere the proper operation.
♦
Do not use the appliance in association with a program-
mer, timer or other device that automatically switches
it on.
♦
Do not use or store the appliance outdoors.
♦
Do not leave the appliance out in the rain or exposed
to moisture. If water gets into the appliance, this will
increase the risk of electric shock.
♦
Do not use the appliance with damp hands or feet, or
when barefooted.
Use and care:
♦
Fully extend the appliance’s power cable before each
use.
♦
Do not use the appliance if the accessories or con-
sumables attached to it are defective. Replace them
immediately.
♦
Do not switch the appliance on without water.
♦
Do not use the appliance if the on/off switch does not
work.
♦
Respect the MAX and MIN levels. (Fig.1).
♦
Disconnect the appliance from the mains when not in
use and before undertaking any cleaning task.
♦
Store this appliance out of reach of children and/or
persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capa-
bilities or lack of experience or knowledge.
♦
Do not store the appliance if it is still hot.
♦
Using the appliance and its accessories and tools in
accordance with these instructions, taking into account
the working conditions and the work to be performed.
Use the appliance for operations different from those
intended could result in a hazardous situation.

Only use water with the appliance.
♦
The use of distilled water is recommended.
♦
It is advisable to use distilled water, especially if the wa-
ter in your area contains clay or if it is “hard” (containing
lime or magnesium).
♦
Never leave the appliance connected and unattended if
is not in use. This saves energy and prolongs the life of
the appliance.
Service:
♦
Make sure that the appliance is serviced only by special-
ist personnel, and that only original spare parts or acces-
sories are used to replace existing parts/accessories.
♦
Any misuse or failure to follow the instructions for use
renders the guarantee and the manufacturer’s liability
null and void.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Before use:
♦
Remove any sticker or protective cover from the steam
head.
♦
Unwind and straighten the cord before use.
♦
Make sure that all products’ packaging has been
removed.
♦ When operating the garment steamer for the first time,
allow it to steam for a few minutes, this will remove any
impurities and odours that might have been left by the
manufacturing process.
♦ When operating the steam garment for the first time, you
may want to try the steamer on an old piece of fabric
before steaming you fabric.
Filling with water:
♦
1)Ensure the appliance is unplugged. Turn the water
tank clockwise to separate it from the main body.
