ASSEMBLY
Set up your Bkool system. Do it according to the illustrations you have on this page.
Replace the rear wheel’s quick release
with the one that comes in the box.
Place the rear wheel between the trainer's
arms and fasten them with the quick
release. Use the nut to ensure a firm grip.
