Introduction
The FS is single revolving mild air convection countertop oven. It utilizes a single revolving rotor system to ensure
even product cooking. The unit contains a single stage cook and hold computer with 5 customizable cook
programs. Electronic controls are provided for powering the unit, turning on inside lights, turning the rotors and
resetting the unit. The rotors are removable to allow for easy maintenance and cleaning.
