Entering the number of pieces per package
One piece number per package can be printed on labels for fixed price packages. This is
done via the fixed price. The piece number per package is entered as follows:
–
directly in the PLU data, see page 132
–
via the function described below
If a piece number per package is assigned to the current PLU via the PLU data, they are
automatically called up together with the PLU and displayed on the softkey
<Pieces/ package>.
Using the function described below you can either enter or change the piece number per
package simply for the current labeling job or save it under the PLU number of the current
article in the database. If you save it in the database, you must ensure that the relevant
attribute is approved in the PLU database, see page 132.
Mode level: 2
<Article data> / <N values> / <Pieces/ package>
Enter value.
To save the value in article data, activate field "Save in database".
If the field is not activated, the value is only used for the current labeling job.
When saving to the database, you might have to enter a password for mode level 3
(local) or mode level 4 (global).
Press <OK>.
The entered value appears on the softkey.

Configure the content of general numbers 1 to 3
You can configure the type of content for the general numbers 1 to 3.
General numbers 1 to 3 correspond to the printable numbers 1 to 3, see
page 199.
The following settings are possible:
"Print only":
Print the general numbers that were entered either via the soft-
keys <Printable number 1> to <Printable number 3> or in the
respective data fields of the PLU data.
"Piece total 1":
Print quantity total of Total 1.
"Piece total 2":
Print quantity total of Total 2.
"Piece total 3":
Print quantity total of Total 3.
"Piece total A":
Print quantity total of PLU total.
"Single numerator":
Print the value of the individual numerator.
"Numerator total 1":
Print the value of the Total 1 numerator.
"Numerator total 2":
Print the value of the Total 2 numerator.
