16. Guarantee certificate
This warranty covers all defects in the wheelchair that are
shown to be caused by material or production defects.
In the case of complaints, please return the product
together with the warranty certificate completely filled in.
We provide a guarantee of 5 years on the frame and fol-
ding back for our folding wheelchairs in the Pyro Light
series, whereas we assume a warranty of 2 years on all
other mounting parts.

Caution!
Non-observance of the instruction manual as well as servi-
cing not carried out properly and in particular technical
modifications and additions (fittings) without the appro-
val of Bischoff & Bischoff result in both the warranty and
the product liability in general lapsing.
