“Database Error” Message

 

In the event of a database communication problem, the user may be unable to login or 
recover the webpage. In such instances, the system may display the 

“Database Error” 

or “ERROR: Could not connect to database” warnings as in the example above. 

 

Follow the procedures in the order described below:  

1.  Try Again.

 This function redirects the user to the login page. 

2.  Create  Diagnostic  Report.

 This  function  allows  the  user  to  generate  a 

diagnostic report for analysis.  

3.  Clear Logfiles.

 This function allows the user to erase all system logfiles, 

wh

ich could be the cause of “Database Error”. 

 

4.  Fast Reboot.

 This function allows the user to reboot the relevant network 

control unit.
