SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION
The System Administration menu can be viewed from the Home Page by pressing
. Full screen navigation and access levels are given in Section 20.

System Information
11.2
Time Zone, Daylight Saving and Region
Press
to set the time zone, daylight saving and region. Choose from the pull
down menus and press ‘OK’ when done. Can be edited by administrators.
11.3
Date and Time
Press
to set the time and date. The hour, minute, second and year, month,
day can be edited when touched using a keypad which will appear. When correct
accept by pressing the green tick. Can be edited by administrators.
If date and time is synchronized with the server, it will be updated at the set
frequency when the lectern is connected to the network.
11.4
Manage Users and Passwords
Administrator access only. This is for locally held users, if using network
(windows) passwords these are managed by the network administrator. (Default
passwords are given in Section 22)
Press the
arrow at the bottom right of the Administration page and then on
the next page press
button to access the functions.
The list of users is displayed.
At any time the user can return to
the Password Page by selecting
‘Close’.
The unit’s serial number is at the top.
From left to right:

Screen and print language
•
Screen and PLC software version
•
Service due date (will flash if
service is overdue)
•
Number of cycles and hours run
The language can be changed by
selecting the flag of the language
required and then pressing
