14. Multi-Gas Monitoring

Overview

The Multi(Dual)-Gas module extracts gas from  animal respiratory gases. It continuously
measures  the  concentration  of  CO2,  N2O  and  anesthetics  (Halothane,  Isoflurane,
Enflurane,  Sevoflurane  and  Desflurane)  as  well  as  O2  concentration  (optional)  in
respiratory  gases.  All  measured  values  as  well  as  derived  values  are  passed  to  the
monitor.
