Scan the first sample tube with the barcode scanner and dispense the assigned volume of samples
into the designated wells using a pipette.
Repeat the barcode scanning and sample dispensation steps as many times as the assigned pool
size for the sample tubes.

All completed status will be displayed.
When all dispensation has been completed,

Remain Tube: 0
”
and
“
Load Completed!
”
will be
displayed at the bottom and the upper right side, respectively.
Tap the END button for initialization of the instrument to open the contamination shield cover.
