General Safety Information
Class I
This product is a Safety Class 1 instrument, which
means it has a protective earth terminal. That terminal
must be connected to earth ground through a power
source equipped with an earth ground. Before
installation or operation, check the power supply and
review this guide for safety warnings and instructions.
The equipment is not isolated (the chassis ground is
connected to the Earth safety).
Warranty and liability claims in the event of injury or material
damage are excluded when they are the result of one of the
following.

Improper use of the device,

Improper installation, operation or maintenance of the
device,

Operating the device when the safety and protective
devices are defective and/or inoperable,

Non-observance of the instructions in the manual with
regard to transport, storage or installation,

