Two common uses for this mechanism are as follows. For more detailed
reference please refer to RFCs 1006 and 1086 respectively.
TCP Client requests connection to X.25 Server
Here the TCP-Client initiates a connection (as defined in RFC 1086) with
the V!CAS using TCP port 146. The V!CAS then contacts the remote X.25-
Server and transparent TP0 packets can begin to be exchanged between
the two endpoints.
