Final Setup
CarPlay for Right Hand Drive BMWs
In the settings menu you can toggle CarPlay to RHD mode which will move the sidebar closer to the
driver. After changing the setting you’ll need to reboot the MMI by pressing and holding the BACK
button for around 5s. Once the MMI boots up again CarPlay should be in RHD mode.
Camera settings
If you are installing a reversing camera along with the MMI set Reverse Camera to Aftermarket. If you
won’t be installing a reversing camera or your car already has a reversing camera set it to Original.
