4.4.4.5 Access Control
Access Control Listing allows you to determine which services/protocols can access BIPAC 6300VNOZ
interface from which computers. It is a management tool aimed to allow IPs(set in secure IP address) to access
specified embedded applications (Web, etc, user can set) through some specified interface (LAN, WAN or both).
User can have an elaborate understanding in the examples below.
The maximum number of entries is 16.
Access Control:
Select whether to make Access Control function available.
Rule Index:
This is item number
Active:
Select to activate the rule.
Secure IP Address:
The default 0.0.0.0 allows any client to use this service to manage the BIPAC 6300VNOZ.
Type an IP address range to restrict access to the client(s) without a matching IP address.
Application:
Choose a service that you want to all access to all the secure IP clients. The drop-down menu lists
all the common used applications.
Interface:
Select the access interface. Choices are
