5.4.2 PDF
This function allows the indicator to create an electronic PDF file. To use this function, proceed as
follows:
•
Check that the service is active, otherwise it is not possible to create a PDF file
•
Go to the PDF-Network Printer section
•
Select PDF
•
Click on ‘Add’
and give the name to the PDF printer
The parameters to be set are:
File name Name of the PDF file that will be created
Storage
device Allows choosing where to save
the PDF file Nand Flash (on the indicator in the
\Nand_flash\Extern\ path)
Hard disk (USB stick connected to one of the
indicator ports)
Overwrite If enabled, it allows the indicator to always overwrite the same PDF file with the
new one using the same name; if disabled, it creates a new PDF file for each
weighing. To differentiate one file from the other, date and time are added before
the file name and a progressive number starting from 1 (one) is added after the
file name
