the value of speed 1 to speed 2 must be added

0 = Off
1 = On (default)
If the temperature setpoint is not reached
within a specified period of time, the fan will
start rotating one speed higher. If the tempera-
ture is not reached within a specified period of
time, the fan will start rotating one speed lower
again.
