Troubleshooting

Problem

Solution

The device does not start when I press the on/off button

Please check if the safety bracket is closed properly.

Fruit and vegetables cannot be pushed down any more

Important:

Do not push down with force, since your device

can otherwise be damaged considerably.

Please switch off your device and open the safety bracket.

Now remove the juicer lid with the feeder opening and

unblock the feeder opening.

This works best with a cooking spoon.

Put the lid with the feeder opening on again and close the

safety bracket.

You can now continue working as before.
