The stretch hood
does not start
The stretch hood is not in starting
position.
Move the system in starting position by the "Start-
ing position" key. Start system.
The maintenance platform is not
in the correct position.
Push the maintenance platform in the correct posi-
tion. Check the operating distance and function of
the proximity switch.
Maintenance
platform not in
position
The position of the maintenance
platform is not detected.
• Check the proximity switch.
• Check the wiring.
The repair mode is selected.
De-select the repair mode.
Repair mode
The dummy plug has not been
plugged in.
Insert the dummy plug in its intended place.
Local mode se-
lector switch
The local mode selector switch for
the drive motor is not in the
Automatic position.
Set the local mode selector switch to Automatic.
Disconnector
The local disconnector for the
drive motor has been switched
off.
Switch on the disconnector.
PB address/DP
slave have failed
There is no connection to the
client of the Profibus.
• Check the wiring, function and addressing of
the client.
• Check the settings with the help of the circuit
diagram.

Determine the location of the activated emer-

The emergency stop relay in the
control cabinet has been switched
off.
Press the "Reset emergency stop" key.
The key-operated switch of the
safety doors has been switched
off.
Switch on the key-operated switch again.
Operation stop
An operation stop switch has
been activated.
Determine the location of the activated operation
stop switch. Eliminate the cause.
