Stretch carriages close
to package
For the high-rack stretch, the film is not
pulled over the pallet. When the hoist
carts have reached the position for
transferring the film, the stretch car-
riages must be moved close to the
package. This way, a well-directed
transfer of the film which is still on the
crimping bows to the package is en-
abled. This value determines the posi-
tion of the stretch carriages close to the
package.

Stretch sleds close to
package
For the high-rack stretch, the film is not
pulled over the pallet. When the hoist
carts have reached the position for
transferring the film, the stretch sleds
must be moved close to the package.
This way, a well-directed transfer of the
film which is still on the crimping bows to
the package is enabled. This value de-
termines the position of the stretch sleds
close to the package.

Transfer of the sleeve
on the package
The value determines the position
where the hoist carts stop during lower-
ing for the transfer of the sleeve.

Transfer of the sleeve
on the package base
This value determines the starting posi-
tion of the crimping motors for the trans-
fer of the sleeve to the package. The
hoist carts move downwards while the
sleeve is being transferred.

Lifting for edge protec-
tion
The parameter value determines how
far the hoist carts are lifted for the edge
protection of the pallet.

process
with/without film
When entering the value "0", the
stretching process is simulated without
film. This function is required for com-
missioning. When entering the value
"1", the packages are stretched.

Package counter
The stretched packages are displayed
in this parameter. The value can be
modified when the cursor is moved
onto the field.
