Emptying oil from the tank

•

Remove the four carter clamping screws
at the back of the motor.

•

Unloosen the 

Q 

screw and let all of the

oil flow out of the tank.

•

The first time you change the oil (see page
113), we suggest that you also clean the
metal filter which is positioned on the fi-
nal end of the oil tank.

The disassembling procedure is the follow-
ing:

•

Unloosen the tank connecting carter mo-
tor tube.

•

Using a monkey wrench, unscrew the joint
having a metal net in clockwise direc-
tion.

•

Clean it with a jet of air

ATTENTION:
Always use eye protection during this pro-
cedure.
