Purpose
3 Spool discs
Spool discs hold the thread spool in place for
proper release of thread from the spool.
4 bobbins in the
accessory, whereas 1
bobbin is in the
machine.
The bobbins are filled with the lower thread.
2 Foam pads
The foam pad prevents the thread from getting
hooked at the spool pin.
Touchscreen pen
The operation of the display is more precise when
using the touchscreen pen instead of the fingers.
Seam ripper
The seam ripper is an indispensable tool to undo
stitches or to cut buttonholes open.
Screwdriver red
The red screwdriver is supplied as an all-round tool.
Brush
The brush is used to clean the feed dog and the
hook area.
Lubricator
The lubricator is used to fill up the oil depots.
Power cable
The power cable connects the machine with the
power supply system.
Use of the power cable (only USA/Canada)
The machine has a polarized plug (one blade wider than the other). To reduce the risk of electrical shock, this
plug is intended to fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse
the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician to install the proper outlet. Do not modify the
plug in any way!

Use only foot controller type LV-1 with BERNINA 500 E.
