Deleting a group
Once a group of speakers is created playback for any speaker within the
group will result in each speaker playing the same music. In order play music
independently on any of the speakers within the group, the group must be
deleted. To delete a group follow the steps below:
Firmware Upgrade
Periodically there will be firmware upgrades for your speaker to improve
functions and reliability. To check for and download firmware upgrades for
your speaker follow the steps below.
5. Begin music playback via the treVolo A app and the same music will be
played by all speakers within that group.
1. Enter the speaker menu in the treVolo A app.
2. Select the button to the right of the group you want to delete.
3. Select Delete.
4. Confirm that you want to delete the group.
1. Setup a Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection for your speaker. See
for more details.
2. Press and hold the Bluetooth
®
/SPDIF and Wi-Fi buttons for 5 seconds.
3. The control panel will display a message asking if you want to upgrade
your speaker’s firmware. Press the Wi-Fi button to confirm that you
want to upgrade the firmware. Your speaker will begin downloading and
installing the firmware upgrade, this process may take a few minutes.
Do not disconnect the speaker’s internet connection while the speaker is
undergoing a firmware upgrade.
4. Once the firmware upgrade is complete the control panel will return to
its normal on-screen display.
