Filter
Depending on the selected filter, con-
tacts and distribution lists can be listed
on the filter tab.
Press
(
Options
) and select
Filter
.
The following filter criteria are
available:
•
Voice dialling
: list all contacts that
have a voice tag associated with one
or more of their numbers.
•
Video teleph.
: list contacts with a
number set as the default for video
call dialling (page 33).
• E-mail
• URL
• Birthday
•
On phone
: all contacts stored on the
phone (except SIM contacts).
•
Distrib.
(Distribution)

Press
to select a criterion and con-
firm with
.
A list is displayed with contacts that
contain the chosen feature, for example,
all contacts including a birthday entry.
Options menu for contacts
Different functions are offered depend-
ing on the current situation. These func-
tions can be applied to the entry cur-
rently selected as well as to multiple
selected entries.

Distribution lists
New distr. list
Enter name.
You can rename the distri-
bution list and attach a
ringtone and a picture us-
ing the
Edit
option.
Add to distr.
list
Add contact/ distribution
list/group to a new or ex-
isting distribution list. If
an SIM contact selected,
confirm to move the con-
tact to phone memory.
Add new
member
Open a contact list. Select
contacts and add them to
the selected distribution
list.
Groups
New group
Enter name.
Add to group
Add contact(s) to a new or
existing group. If an SIM
contact selected, confirm
to move contact to phone
memory.
