A METAR contains elements in the following order:

Type of report
•
ICAO station identifier
•
Date and time of issue
•
Modifier (AUTO if automated report or COR if corrected
observation)
•
Wind
•
Visibility
•
Runway visual range (as required)
•
Weather phenomena
•
Sky condition
•
Temperature/dew point group
•
Altimeter
•
Remarks (as required)
The METAR text has been translated into easy to understand text.
Text TAFs (USA and Canada)
Tap on the
CHOOSE PRODUCT
soft key on the Weather Main page
and select Text TAFs from the SELECT WX PRODUCT box.
