Motor Jamming/ Restarting:
If the Ticket station is counting tickets and suddenly your motors restarts, or stops altogether, check the following.
First, we will look at the Ticket Taker Motor and Belt. We
want to make sure that this is nice and tight. As having a
loose belt could cause some skipping and throw your step
count off.
The Belt should not touch when pinched. Having a small
amount of play is ok.
If the belt does touch, it could mean your motor will need adjustment. To
Adjust the motor, you will need a Phillips Head Screwdriver.
Start by loosening the four screws that hold the motor in place. Move motor
towards the door frame to tighten the belt. Then tighten the screws into
position.
