Clock
You can view current clock settings at the bottom of the screen, and also either manually update or
synchronize the clock with an SNTP server. If you select SNTP, you can choose automatic time
zone detection.

To view or configure basic Clock settings, on the
Administration
page, click
Clock
.

Relay Contact
Relay Contact is used to turn on a remote device. This page allows you to enable or disable the
Relay Contact and see the current status.
To View and Configure Relay Contact
Using Web Manager
To view or configure Relay Contact, on the Administration page, click Relay Contact.

Clock Fields

Submit (button)
Click the
Submit
button to enter the settings. The
Submit
button appears
when new Manual settings are entered.
NTP Server
If SNTP method is selected,
the clock will keep time synchronized with the
NTP Server by default. Enter an alternative NTP server if you wish to use an
address other than the default.
Time Zone
Select the desired Time Zone from the drop-down menu based on geographic
location. The time zones listed are in Universal Time Coordinated (UTC),
formerly known as Greenwich Mean Time (GMT). Syslog and other
applications may use UTC. The UTC Offset of the form HHMM (H = hour, M =
minute) is applied to the UTC time to get the local time. The BAT-C2 will
make seasonal time changes required for Daylight Savings Time.
