To enable EDID auto-detect for a display

1 Right-click the monitor wall background, and then click

Display Resolution

on the

menu.

Generating a System Snapshot

A system snapshot creates a compressed file that contains information that can be used by
Technical Support for troubleshooting purposes.

To generate a system snapshot

1 Open XAdmin. See

Opening XAdmin

on page 53.

The XAdmin Status and Options page appears.

2 Click the

Help & support

link in the navigation pane.
