Installation

Arch Assembly

6. Locate the (2) 1/2" Hydraulic Hose Assemblies. See the image below.



Install the 1/2" Hydraulic Hose Assemblies connecting the Head Assembly Manifold and

the Leg Assembly Manifold together on both the driver side and passenger side of the
Arch. See the images below.

Note:

DO NOT TIGHTEN THE HOSE ASSEMBLIES COMPLETELY.



Position the nozzle ports in the Leg Assemblies so that they are in line. See the image

below.



Position the nozzle ports in the Head Assembly so they are perpendicular (at a 90° angle)

to the nozzle ports in the Leg Assemblies. See the image below.

Note:

VERIFY THAT THE 1/2" HYDRAULIC HOSE ASSEMBLIES ARE NOT TWISTED.



Tighten both 1/2" Hydraulic Hose Assemblies completely.
