Example

When using standard screen 1, each press of the up arrow will show the next input value as follows:
If IN_1 is currently being displayed;

Up arrow will change the display to show IN_2
Down arrow will change the display to show IN_8.

If the <VL2> command is sent then the action will be modified as follows:
If IN_1 is currently being displayed;

Up arrow will change the display to show IN_2
Down arrow will change the display to show IN_2.

Gotchas!

In multivariable screens, variable entries greater than

are just blank
