4 Transport and installation of Uno Top Hot
Transport / packing
Remove all packing and transport materials.
Installation / base
The unit has to be placed on a flat and levelled base, with a minimum basic size like the Uno
Top Hot (see point 1 dimensions).
Ambient temperature
An ambient temperature of max. 25°C has to be respected. Avoid heating influence of
nearby equipment.
5 Electrical connection
Connection and start up has to be done by a skilled person only.
Checking
Check if electrical data of mains correspond with those on the rating plate of the Uno Top
Hot.
Rating plate
Rating plates are placed on the following points: the first one under the unit nearby the
energy controller and the second one inside the unit on the same position.
Connections to be conform to IEC, respective CEI 335-1 and local regulations.
Connection with plug
Connecting fit plug conforming to nominal current to cable.
Fix connection
Connect main switch with the necessary number of poles and a minimal contact distance
of 3mm has to be provided.
The unit has to be connected to a potential equalisation system conform to VDE 700, Part
36/IEC 335-2-36.
