Before Initial Use
To remove possible production residues, boil the kettle two
to three times and then clean it (see the “Boiling Water” and
“Cleaning and Care” chapters).
Please Note!
The water which is used for boiling must
not
be
drunk!
Boiling Water
Fill the kettle no higher than the MAX marking with the desired
quantity of drinking water. Make sure you do not
fi
ll the kettle
right up to the brim as the water might escape from the
pouring spout during boiling. On induction stoves in particular,
the constant power supply can result in faster boiling over. Then
boil the water up to the desired temperature.
