System Power On/Off

System Power On

Introduction

After the IMMAGE 800 Immunochemistry System installation, the system can be
powered on.

Power On Sequence

Follow the steps below to power on the IMMAGE 800 system.

Step

Action

Check that the floppy disk drive is empty.

Verify that the UPS is on. (The UPS power switch is on and the power
indicator light is on.)

Turn on the printer.

Turn on the monitor.

Turn on the CPU.

Turn on the instrument.

Close reagent and sample carousel covers.

When the note is displayed to check dilution segment status, select

<OK>

When the temperature warning note displays, select

<OK>

• The system will continue to bring the reagent chamber and reaction

cuvettes to the appropriate temperature range.

• The system will not allow a run to start until the reaction cuvettes are

within the appropriate temperature range.
