Fragment Analysis Procedures

Exporting Results
You are able to include all of the property information when exporting a fragment
result in text format. You may open the exported file in any text editor and/or in MS
Excel and Preview the file prior to printing.
Text File Format
Follow these steps to export the Properties information with a fragment result:
• Launch the Fragment Analysis application and open a fragment result.
• Select the
Export
command from the
File
menu.
• The
Export Results
window will be displayed.

The first step involves selecting the results to be exported from a list of available
results located in various projects. Select the Project folder that contains the sample
data that you would like to export from the
Project
drop-down list box. To select the
samples to be exported, click to highlight the sample, then click the right-arrow button
to move the selection to the
Result / Selected
area.
The functionality of this window is very similar to that of the Select
Raw Data window described in the “Creating a Study” section of this
manual.
When you have finished making your selections, click
Next
to proceed to the
Export
Options
window.
