CEQ™ 8000 Genetic Analysis System

Reporting Results

The CEQ software includes a powerful suite of utilities for creating reports. It also
allows you to export data and results to other 3rd party software packages.

All of the reporting features available in the Fragment Analysis module are located
under the

Reports

tab of the

Study Explorer

. Additionally, new report generation can

also be accessed through the

Reports

menu located on the

Menu

bar.

The

New Report

window allows you to select the type of report you would like to

generate from a list of available report templates (see

“Report Templates”

291) and saved data. The

New Report

window can be accessed from either the

Report

menu or from the

Study Explorer

.

Creating a New Report from the Report menu:

•

Open the Report menu and select the New Report command to display the New
Report window.

•

Select the type of report you would like to generate from the Template drop-down
menu. The selections available depend upon the data contained in the open Study.

•

Once the template has been selected, select the saved data that you would like to
report from the Context drop-down menu.
