Mover

Better running characteristics

Beckhoff recommends greasing the running surface on the guide
rails in the entire system prior to mounting the movers and the
commissioning of the XTS.

A suitable substance for greasing is, for example:
• Vaseline

► Grease the running surface on the guide rails on both sides in the

entire system 1 with Vaseline

1+2

► Loosen and remove screws 1 and 2

► Remove gate 3

1+2

► Insert rail on support 3 and secure with screws 1 and 2
