► Connect further modules in line and fix them hand tight in the
center to the machine bed with screw and washer 2
► Make sure that the marking 1 is once again placed in the center
between two modules
Assembly with vernier caliper
Assembly without alignment gauge [+]
If you don't use an alignment gauge [+], Beckhoff recommends
that you use a vernier caliper for the assembly of the straight mod-
ules.
Without an alignment gauge [+] you can align the modules to the
prescribed distance of 250 mm between the locating pins with a
vernier caliper.

► Fix module 1 hand tight with a screw and washer 2
► Using the vernier caliper, check that the distance between the lo-
cating pins is 250 mm
