MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Switch the device off before cleaning, wait a few minutes and then always pull the plug to
disconnect the device from the electrical supply.
Clean the device with a moderately damp cloth and then wipe it with a dry cloth.
For safety reasons, never clean the device with water. It could be dangerous.
Never use petrol, alcohol or solvents for cleaning.
Do not spray insecticides or similar agents on the party cooler.
Dry all parts and accessories of the device before putting it back into operation.
Oil and grease must not come into contact with the plastic parts and the door seal, as
the surface could become porous and brittle.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Before you contact our customers Hotline or Service Center, please check wether the error
can be remedied using the information bellow.

The Partycooler does not
turn on.
Power Failure.
Wait for the power supply to
restore.
The device is not connected to
the power supply.
Connect the device to the power
supply.
The power plug is not properly
connected.
Check whether the power plug is
properly inserted in the socket.
The set target temperature
is not beeing reached.
The lid is not closed properly.
Check the lid and make sure that
nothing prevents the lid from
closing.
The lid was opened too often.
Only open the lid briefly.
The surrounded temperature is
too high.
Above 38°C the cooling is not
optimally provided.
There are heat sources in the
room (oven, heating panels,
infrared heaters, etc.)
Turn off the heat sources or place
the Partycooler somewhere else.
The Partycooler is under direct
sunlight.
It is best to put the the Partycooler
in a shady place.
