Exporting test
results
The instrument can store up to 12,000 results in its internal
memory. Results include sample runs, QC runs, and process
control runs. If the instrument exceeds 12,000 results, it deletes the
oldest result. To back up your results, export them to a USB flash
drive.
To export test results:
1. Filter the test results that you want to export. To export all test
results, leave the asterisk (*) in the
Patient ID
field.
2. Insert a USB flash drive into the USB port on the front of the
instrument.
3. Press
USB
.
The USB button is not active unless a USB flash drive is
properly inserted into the USB port.
4. (Optional) Enter a new file name for the results. The file name
should be different from other file names on the USB drive.
The file name can contain 0–30 characters.
5. Press
Accept
.
6. In the confirmation screen, press
USB
.
To cancel the export, press Back.
The file is saved in a comma-separated value (CSV) file format
in a
Results
folder on the USB flash drive.
If the export was successful, the Results tab appears.
