Assembly Instructions
Remove all contents from the carton packaging. Make sure all parts are present before attempting assembly. Once the grill is
fully assembled, go back and check to make certain all the bolts are secure. Tighten again using the screwdriver provided if
necessary.
Estimated Assembly Time: 35 minutes.

Step 2
a)
Loosen the four pre-installed bolts on the
cart bottom and allow 1/4 bolt’s length to
extend from the cart bottom.
b)
Align the two holes on the left side panel
with the two bolts extended from the left
side of cart bottom.
c)
Slide the left side panel until it locks into
place. Tighten all bolts using the
screwdriver provided.
d)
Align the hole on the bottom frame of left
side panel (X) with the hole on the front
side of cart bottom.
e)
Insert one bolt (BB) with one flat washer
(CC) and one spring washer (DD) into
each pre-drilled hole.
f)
Repeat the procedure with the right side
panel (D) and the left side of cart bottom.
g)
Go back and tighten all the bolts using
the screwdriver provided.

Step 1
a) Align the holes on the left side of the cart bottom (Y) with the holes on
the left bottom side panel (AB).
b) Insert one bolt (BB) with one flat washer (CC) and one spring washer
(DD) into each pre-drilled hole.
c) Repeat the procedure with the right side of cart bottom and the right
bottom side panel (Z).
d) Go back and tighten all the bolts using the screwdriver provided.
