Insert small hook  end of grease
clip (15) all of the way up
through large hole in bottom of
smoker body (1).

Position grease cup (16) on
grease clip so it rests snugly.

Grease cup is needed to collect
grease run-off.

with fully filled Water Bowl (9). Make sure 

temperature gets up to 400°F (204°C).

Allow unit to cool below 115°F (46°C) before

Use of alcohol, prescription or non-prescription

around unit during or following its use until it has 

cooled.
