Encoder data
Functions
•
Recirding of scaled position values of system A and system
B over the whole period.
•
Recording of process data and acceleration over the
period.
Information:
After the reciprocal comparison of the two channel
values, the process value of the position is generated internally from
the channel.
Application
•
Scaling of the encoder systems A and B during position
monitoring. With a correctly scaled encoder system no
significant deviation between positions A and B shoud
occur, or rather, the deviation should not exceed the
permitted deviation set in the encoder window.
•
Analysis and behaviour of the encoder signal for diagnostic
purposes (e. g. troubleshooting).
•
Acceleration behaviour and speed behaviour of the drive.
•
Detection of thresholds.
Output
•
acceleration in [r/min/s]
in red
•
Position A in [r]
in green
•
Position B in [r]]
in yellow
•
Rotational speed in [rpm]
in blue
•
Selectable SCU output
in grey
•
Two cursor values
–
positionable
Information:
Optionally, the assigned colours can be adjusted.
Velocity encoder
Function
•
Recording of the current velocity of system A and system B
over the period.
•
Recording of the differences in the speed signal of system
A and system B over the period.
Information:
After the reciprocal comparison of the two channel
values, the process value of the position is generated internally from
the channel.
Application
•
Scaling of encoder systems A and B during speed
monitoring. With a correctly scaled encoder system no
significant deviation between speed A and speed B., or
rather, the deviation should not exceed the speed threshold
value set in the encoder window.
•
Analysis and behaviour of the encoder signal for diagnostic
purposes (e. g. troubleshooting).
