Electrical Power
The machine receives power from the main Microseparator™ coolant
system and has been present to the voltage specified on the rating plate
prior to delivery. The customer is responsible to furnish the connection
to the mains supply per the documentation of the electrical drawings.
The backup fusing on the installation side must be in accordance with the
values specified in the connection following Connection Schedule

Coolant Pipeline Connections
Coolant pipelines are specified in the installation specific Piping
Installation Diagrams supplied with the machine. Please note carefully
the specifications of the pipelines to the Chip Separators before
purchasing material or planning the installation. The characteristics of
the pipelines transporting chip debris and coolant are specialized. Failure
to closely follow the pipeline specifications will result in poor system
performance.
21.9.1
Dirty Coolant Drain from the Chip Separators
Typically the drain pipeline is provided with the machine when purchased
with the Microseparator™ main system. The drain should have minimum
turns, should not be reduced in diameter from the full 4” (100mm) from
the machine to the Microseparator™ system inlet.
